Seton Orscheln, M.Div., invites anyone seeking to uncover the extraordinary within the ordinary of everyday life. Through a relationship of sacred companionship, we can explore together the terrain of your life, focusing on the importance of a healthy relationship with self as well as with others. I value the movement toward wholeness rather than perfection, and I believe that this movement can be wonderfully facilitated through thoughtful reflection and sharing of one’s story. Though I grew up in the Roman Catholic tradition, and have profound gratitude for the strong foundation that it has given me, I continue to seek new ways to enhance my own spirituality.  My personal growth depends upon exploring various prayer and meditation practices as well as continued education, particularly the study of the Enneagram. My formation as a spiritual director includes a Master of Divinity gained through an Interfaith program at Marylhurst University, as well as a Certificate in the Art of Spiritual Direction through Mercy Center in Burlingame, CA. I am a member of the Interfaith Spiritual Center and welcome individuals coming from any spiritual tradition.
